There are no cities on the Amalfi Coast, as there is insufficient room for structures, except for elevators. The little towns are pleasant surprises. Amalfi is one of them, built along a crevice in the surrounding mountains from the sea side. Half the fun is the trip along the precipice viewing the folks who prefer some privacy and the view. The other half is arriving at Amalfi, the little town for which the entire coast is named. Enjoy the view.
