The following pictures are a small slice of India’s more refined culture on a Sunday in 2010. Gandhi’s history and museum, a reception and demonstration of the dress and art of India was provided in a private home (apartment), and select views of the main harbor plaza and Hotel Taj Mahal which was bombed in November 2008 are presented. The cultural museum in Mumbai was so crowded with Sunday visitors, and no air conditioning, that it is shown from the outside only. From the pictures in India’s people, it appears that India could use a Gandhi on every street corner.
